About Our Services

Green Lending Reverse is a licensed mortgage brokerage specializing in reverse mortgages for Ontario homeowners 55 and older, regulated by FSRA under the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act (MBLAA).

We are brokers, not lenders. Reverse mortgages are provided by third-party lenders. We facilitate the application process, but lending decisions are determined solely by the lender.
