How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process reverse mortgage applications and consultations, respond to your inquiries, meet our legal and regulatory obligations under FSRA, improve our services, and communicate with you about matters relevant to your file.

How We Share Your Information

We share your information only with parties directly involved in your file: the lender, the independent lawyer, and the licensed appraiser. We may also share information when required by law or regulatory authority.

We never sell your personal information. All third parties are contractually bound to keep your information confidential.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information including encrypted data transmission, restricted system access, and regular security reviews.

Your Privacy Rights

Under Canadian law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, withdraw consent for certain uses, and file a complaint with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you believe your rights have been violated.
